Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer or 3D designer ?
Good question ! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time high-level designer on a permanent contract now exceeds € 60,000 annually, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available) and on the side of industrial designers, designers and talented 3D designers it's even more complicated. Other than that, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for the time you're not able to use.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as needed to ensure that you only pay your designer or 3D designer when you have work available for them.
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can have ?
Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your queue as you want and they will be delivered one by one in order.
How soon will I receive my creations ?
On average, most requests are processed in just two days or less. However, since not all queries are created equal, more complex queries may take longer.

We have decided to opt for a monthly and annual subscription model for our services, thus offering more flexibility to customers. Rates vary according to the services chosen and the duration of the subscription.
What software and platforms do you use ?
We use a wide range of software ranging, to name a few, from the Adobe and Figma suite for web design and conceptualization, through Wordpress, Webflow and Shopify for website development, to Fusion 360, Sketchup, Blender, Unreal Engine, and Clo3D for modeling, 3D design, renderings and animations and more.
Each project has its own set of software adapted to the task at hand. This variety allows us great flexibility for all of your projects.
How can I make my requests ?
We offer great flexibility in how you request designs using Trello.
Some common ways for clients to request designs are directly through Trello, by sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even by recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their memoirs).
Basically, we accept any form of data transfer to make your life easier, regardless of the platform chosen, this can be shared in Trello for efficient follow-up of your requests.
What if I don't like the designs or concepts made ?
Don't worry, we'll fix the requested queries until you're 100% satisfied.
What if I only have one request ?
It is very good. You can pause your subscription once your query is complete and come back when you have additional design needs. There is no need to waste the rest of your subscription.
Can I get refunded ?
Yes totally. Although there is very little risk, you can be reimbursed within 14 days during the first month on the sole condition that none of our work, except minor modifications, is published or used in production.
Will there be meetings ?
Not necessarily. We value time, both yours and ours, so an initial kick-off call is not mandatory unless you want it.
Is there a contract ?
No. No contract, no commitment, no hidden fees.
How can we communicate ?
We offer several communication options to exchange with you, such as email, WhatsApp, Telegram or other. We want to make communication as fluid as possible, while respecting everyone's time. However, we require communication for follow-up on adjustments and requests to be through Trello.
This system allows us to keep a clear and organized record of changes to be made to your project. It also ensures that all team members are informed and involved in the changes. We believe that this requirement is essential to ensure the quality and speed of our work.
What if I have urgent requests ?
We understand that there are requests that cannot be predicted in advance. This is why we make every effort to intervene quickly as soon as we are informed.
Our team is able to respond to urgent requests while respecting our standards of quality and professionalism. We know the unexpected can happen, which is why we are flexible and adapt to your needs. You can count on our responsiveness to meet your needs quickly and efficiently.
What if my project is already underway ?
No problem ! We are able to migrate or take over an existing site to other development platforms, or take over an ongoing 3D design project. Our team of professionals is able to understand current projects and continue to work on them with rigor and efficiency. We are flexible and we adapt to your needs, in order to offer you a tailor-made solution that meets your expectations.
